Damaged or defective products
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to verify the completeness of the contents of the packages and their status before accepting the delivery made by the courier. In the event that the customer receives the parcel and there is visible damage, the customer is asked to immediately refuse acceptance of the damaged package and annotate the courier receipt “returned due to damaged”., will replace the damaged items. If the damaged or missing items are out of stock, the customer will be contacted and will be offered replacement products. If replacement items are not acceptable to the customer, will refund the difference. In the event that the customer receives an incorrect item, they are encouraged to notify Customer Service at and return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event that the replacement products are not in stock, the customer will be offered alternative products or the amount paid will be refunded.
Products must be returned unaltered “almost full”, tightly closed, so that there is no leakage during transport, and with the original caps attached. We cannot refund or replace bottles that are empty. When returning items, it is recommended that the original packaging is utilized as it has been deemed safe for shipping.
