VINIFICATION: Following a rigorously manual harvest, then an even more scrutinized selection of grapes, they are gently squeezed and then vinified according to the latest technology, proceeding to a prolong pre-fermentation of Cryo-maceration in a protected atmosphere; subsequently, separation from the must takes place by soft pressing, followed by the cleaning of the must and the start of the alcoholic fermentation process conducted at a controlled temperature.

CHARACTERISTICS: From the Cryo-maceration of Nerello and Merlot grapes from our vineyards, this wine is born with a ruby red color, with slight purple reflections and intense scents of red fruits. The lively fruity and particular soft flavor makes this wine unique, it could be served chilled as an aperitif or in combination with fish, sushi or pizza dishes.
